Helming the kitchen is Chef Liu Ching Hai who has more than 20 years of experience in fine Chinese cuisine, and whose repertoire of delectable Cantonese fare has been savoured by international dignitaries, diplomats, Hollywood and Hong Kong celebrities. 

The evening sees a delectable six-course menu, specially created by Chef Liu, which is guaranteed to impress your taste buds. Paired with the night’s menu are The Balvenie whiskies, which is a range of single malt whiskies crafted by Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE. Each expression is unique, but all are rich, luxuriously smooth and underpinned by a distinctive honeyed character.
