Indulge in a 5-course menu and be awed by the dishes that emphasised the seven basic flavours that give Szechwan food that distinct boldness, namely – sour, pungent, hot, sweet, bitter, aromatic, and salty. 

The night’s menu will be paired with the wines of La Rioja Alta, which is one of Spain’s most iconic wineries founded in 1890. For this one-night-only dinner, Guillermo de Aranzabal Bittner, the 6th generation family owner of this 131-year-old winery, will introduce the wines produced from this winery and takes guests along the pairing journey. This will be an amazing culinary experience not to be missed!
